Our Guidelines revolve around Faith in the Lord, which is to say following the Lord, and following the Lord is doing the work He has done. As we follow Him with His work we gain a greater and greater understanding of the way of the Lord. And this way by which we follow through faith is the core of Our Guidelines.

" Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. "

Guidelines of Exercising Faith in God
(1) Believe that God actually exists.

(2) Have correct ideas of the Character of God.
    A. God is Love. God is a loving God. God is a God of virtue. God is selfless.
    B. God was God before the earth was created and remains God after it was created.
    C. God is merciful, gracious, slow to anger, abundant goodness; and God was, is and will be from everlasting to everlasting.
    D. God changes not, God’s course is one eternal round without variation.
    E. God is a God of truth and cannot lie.
    F. God is no respecter of persons. All that fear God and work righteousness are accepted of God.
    G. God does not step on agency. God is not a God of extortion. God honors freedom to choose for self.

(3) Pursue a course that is according to the mind and Will of God.
    Keep the commandments and live the virtues having faith, hope, charity and love - doing the work of Father.
